These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and yk11 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the yk11 website at https://yk11.io, including all sub-pages, services, features, casino games, sports betting markets, and payment facilities made available through the Platform.

By accessing the yk11 website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the yk11 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

Access to the yk11 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account closed for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of yk11, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not currently under a self-exclusion order from yk11 or any other gambling platform.

yk11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by the Platform may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and payment facilities on yk11, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and any subsequent updates remains accurate and up to date. yk11 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the yk11 Platform. Opening or operating more than one account — whether under the same identity, a variant name, a shared device, a shared IP address, or any other method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, yk11 may close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold balances pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. yk11 will treat any action taken using your login credentials as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified us in writing that your credentials have been compromised. You must notify yk11 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

yk11 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal is processed. Documents typically accepted include a National ID card, passport, or driving licence alongside a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the previous three months.

All financial transactions on yk11 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be made available from time to time at the Platform's discretion.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by yk11, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited to your yk11 account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. yk11 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• yk11 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. You are responsible for checking any such fees with your provider before initiating a transfer.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name may be refused and returned, minus any applicable processing costs.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit (the "matching rule"). Where multiple payment methods have been used, withdrawals will be allocated proportionally at yk11's discretion.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete. Processing times may extend during high-volume periods or public holidays in Bangladesh.
• yk11 reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification checks before approving any withdrawal. Players must cooperate fully with these checks.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5 below.

yk11 is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or terrorist financing. All transactions are monitored. Where suspicious activity is identified, yk11 may freeze accounts, delay withdrawals, and report the matter to the relevant authorities. Players must not use yk11 for any purpose other than genuine gambling entertainment.

yk11 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible players from time to time. Each offer is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer. Where a conflict exists between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail for matters relating to that offer only.

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed the full KYC verification process unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your account balance. Real-money funds are wagered first unless the offer terms specify otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stated in the offer terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited at expiry.
• yk11 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already claimed and wagering requirements already in progress.
• Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any form of arbitrage — will result in the cancellation of bonuses and may lead to account closure.
• Unless the offer terms state otherwise, free spins winnings are capped at the amount stated in the offer and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

All bets placed on yk11 are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, which are published within the relevant game or market interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules for that wager.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change up until the moment of confirmation.
• In-play bets are subject to brief processing delays. yk11 reserves the right to void in-play bets where a material event has occurred between the placement of the bet and its confirmation.
• yk11 reserves the right to impose stake limits on any individual bet, market, or event, and to refuse bets at its discretion without providing a reason.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, the settlement rules published within the relevant betting market will apply.

• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics supervised by live dealers. yk11 does not manipulate outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the rules of that game. yk11 is not responsible for losses arising from disconnection events caused by your internet service provider or device.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for casino games are displayed within each game interface and may vary by game, provider, and account status.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or human error resulting in the display of incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes, yk11 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account. yk11 shall not be liable to pay winnings that arise from a manifest error. Players who identify an obvious error should report it to [email protected] and must not attempt to exploit it.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the yk11 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all pending bets and bonuses, and forfeiture of account balances, in addition to any legal action that yk11 may deem appropriate.

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the Platform's software or content.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward yk11 staff or other players.

All content on the yk11 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand names, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of yk11 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of yk11.

Game content, including titles provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe, remains the intellectual property of the respective provider. Any unauthorised use of provider content is prohibited and may constitute an infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yk11 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any service provided therein.

Without limiting the generality of the above, yk11 specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to adequately safeguard your login credentials.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability caused by factors outside yk11's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, or government-imposed access restrictions.
• Gambling losses incurred during normal use of the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves an inherent risk of financial loss and that you accept this risk freely.
• Decisions made by third-party payment processors that result in delayed, failed, or reversed transactions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

yk11 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during the registration and verification process — including your name, date of birth, address, email address, mobile number, and payment information — is used solely for the purposes of providing the Platform's services, processing transactions, complying with legal obligations, and communicating with you about your account and relevant promotions.

yk11 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and transactions to protect your personal and financial data in transit. Stored data is secured using industry-standard encryption and access controls. yk11 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification partners, and regulatory authorities solely as required to deliver services and meet legal obligations.

yk11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, yk11 will endeavour to notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the change takes effect, except where the change is required by law or to address an urgent security concern, in which case changes may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Any bets placed or transactions initiated before the effective date of an amendment will be governed by the Terms in force at the time.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. yk11 operates as an international online platform and does not make representations as to the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction other than as expressly stated in its eligibility criteria.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, withdrawal, or bonus, you must first contact yk11 customer support at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. yk11 will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution process outlined in the yk11 Responsible Gaming Policy.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
